With Rock Valley Commercial Property Inspections, Joe is an ideal leader for this growth. After 25 years in the fire service, he is transitioning into a new career path that leverages his extensive experience and continues to meet high professional standards. He began his career as a high school technology education (shop) teacher, building a strong foundation in construction techniques and mechanical systems. His background in firefighting further strengthened his understanding of how building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical interact with occupants and the structure itself.
Joe is certified in Fire and Life Safety Inspections, reinforcing his safety-first approach to every inspection. He is trained and certified by the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA) for commercial properties and holds home inspector licenses in both Wisconsin and Illinois. With Joe’s expertise, certifications, and commitment to safety, Rock Valley Commercial Property Inspections is prepared to deliver thorough, reliable, and safety-focused evaluations for your business.
